We provide all of these services for just 28 cents per square foot for standard wall to wall carpet.

For Berber and Wool Carpet the cost is just 35 cents per square foot wall to wall.

We do charge individually for staircases, hallways, landings, walk-in closets, Soil and Stain Protectant

Steps - $2.50 per step (For the avg staircase $32.50 for standard carpeted steps, $2.65 or $34.45 for Berber)

Landings - $5 for average landing

Closets - $5 for average size $7.50 for unusually large

Hallways - $15

Pet Stain and Odor removal is best discussed and priced on a case by case basis. We can best serve you with Pet Stain and odor removal with an onsite analysis. There are occasions where removal of the carpet to clean the floorboard, padding and backing of carpet is necessary. Any estimate given during our initial conversation is just an estimate and is subject to revision at the time of actual cleaning.

We also do in-home area rug cleaning. For non Silk and Wool rugs, $1.35 per sq ft. to calculate the square footage, measure the width and length of the rug. Then multiple the lenth by the width. Then multiple this number by $1.35 for the total cost of cleaning.

Protectant - 15 cents per square foot (The application of a Stain resistant protectant is HIGHLY recommended and in most cases with most manufacturers the failure to RE-APPLY protectant after cleaning can void the warranty. We highly recommend that protectant be RE-APPLIED after any professional cleaning especially if carpet is more than 2 years old; to areas highly susceptible to soiling and staining ie, family rooms, dining room areas, living rooms and any carpet leading to an exit.)

The charge will automatically appear on your invoice / receipt as a $20.00 travel charge. For invoices totaling $250.00 or more, this fee will be waived.
