Our prices for General Office Cleaning and maintenance is very competitive and simple to calculate.
Determine the total number of leased / rented / owned office space (Ex. 3000)
Multiply that number by 1.42 (1.42 x 3000 = 4260)
Divide that number by 12 (4260 / 12 = 355)
The total ($355) would be the approximate monthly cost for twice weekly general cleaning. This price does not include the cost for supplies, however we can provide at no charge our own equipment.

Vacuuming all carpet areas
Emptying all trash receptacles and replacing liners as necessary
General dusting of common areas and pictures and woodwork
Cleaning and Sanitizing up to 4 bathroom stalls, sinks and mirrors
Cleaning / Mopping VCT tiles up to 350sq ft. with a neutral non waxing cleaner
General cleaning of Kitchenettes (No dishwashing)
Window cleaning of Main Entrance foyer area (Interior and Exterior)
